Colleen Pogue joined her husband, Luke, on GHOH medical missions in Bukeka in 2013 and 2014, where she felt blessed to spend time with the ladies of the GHOH women’s craft group, and spend time with the children waiting to be seen at Suubi clinic. She was greatly impacted by these encounters and inspired by the vision and work of GHOH in the community. She has since served on the GHOH board for several years and helps coordinate the annual GHOH 5K fundraiser in Normal, Illinois.
